Paralegal - Elder Law / Estate Planning The candidate will manage administrative functions such as: Answering the phones, calendar management, account maintenance. Will handle customer service: keeping open lines of communication with clients, financial institutions and courts. Estate administration processing. Draft and finalize estate planning documents. Medicaid intake, processing and review. High School diploma or GED is needed. Should have 2+ years of prior experience as a paralegal. Prior experience with Estate Law or Estate Planning is a plus. Experience preparing administrating Estates and Trusts are needed.
