Review:

"Family Oriented Firm"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

Consider hiring more secretaries and paralegals. The firm would run so much smoother with just a few more of each.

Pros : This firm really seems to care about the employees. They host a ton of fun events and gatherings, and are incredibly flexible when it comes to time off for family related matters.
Cons : There doesn't seem to be enough support staff to keep things running efficiently. Secretaries are always behind and paralegals are sometimes nowhere to be found.
