Temporary Paralegal The candidate will provide legal and administrative support services to the Senior Regional Counsel and the Operations Legal team. Reviewing, a high volume of employment, professional service contracts and other contracts that are received daily from the practices under the Senior Regional Counsel’s purview and other members of the Operations Legal team. Provide review, circulation and management of various contracts including, but not limited to, professional service agreements, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, assignment and assumption agreements, affiliation agreements and nondisclosure agreements to be approved by Senior Regional Counsel. Work with Business Development and Acquisition Legal Teams to assist Senior Regional Counsel with review of professional service agreements related to acquisitions. Participate in various legal projects and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives. Must have Bachelor’s degree, technical certificate or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Should preferably have Paralegal certificate. Must have 4+ years of substantive contracts drafting, review and negotiation experience. Healthcare experience is desired. Experience with contract management system is needed. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Access and Outlook is must. Excellent computer skills including competency in word processing, spreadsheet software and PowerPoint is essential.
