Corporate Paralegal The candidate will maintain and organize corporate records and documents. Will assist attorneys with securities law compliance, corporate finance transactions, stock option and stock transfer issues. Provide support for Board and committee meetings and ensure compliance and good governance for domestic and international subsidiaries. Work on NDAs, RFPs and customer and supplier issues. Assist in global privacy and compliance issues. Collaborate and build relationships with all company’s business units such as sales, finance, products and HR, as well as external constituents. Bachelor’s degree is needed. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Should have 5+ years of related experience in a law firm and/or in-house. Depth working with securities law compliance, disclosure and filings is needed. Experience with contracts management, equity administration, subsidiary management and reporting tools (SpringCM, Shareworks, Diligent, Blueprint a plus) is needed. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is needed. Strong organizational and communication skill is needed.
