Managing Counsel - Community Bank The candidate will: Lead team with integrity and create an environment where team members feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them. Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks. Must have active state Bar membership. 1+ year of leadership experience is needed. Should have 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney. Business development experience including development and execution of business vision, strategies, and goals is desired. Leadership and management experience for team of attorneys and staff with a section or legal specialty including developing virtual staff and managing a budget is preferred. Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships within and across business lines at all levels of the organization is preferred. Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills are desired. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are desired.
