Salary Range: $260,000 - $330,000 (annualized)

With a minimum of four years' experience in compliance and regulatory matters, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with registered investment advisors and broker-dealers. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex and challenging matters in the financial services industry, while also providing a diverse and collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing counsel on compliance and regulatory issues related to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940
- Conducting statutory and regulatory analysis and application
- Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Working with regulators such as the SEC and FINRA
- Maintaining a strong commitment to client service

Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years' experience in compliance and regulatory matters
- Experience working with registered investment advisors and broker-dealers
- Strong understanding of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Member of a local bar in good standing
