Profile

We are a small, entrepreneurial, boutique law firm specializing in high value, complex business and class action litigation.  We seek a junior litigation associate (1 to 5 years) that will be passionate about fighting for the plaintiff and seeing justice served.  Our ideal candidate would have completed either a judicial clerkship or have some federal prosecutor's office experience, but complex litigation experience would be fine too, e.g. in the courtroom, taking depositions, and/or drafting motions, briefs and discovery at "Big Law."  Admission to the Bar is required in Georgia, or in some other state if the Georgia Bar will be taken or can be waived into.

The position will involve all aspects of litigation, from client interviews, fact investigation, complaint drafting, discovery, motion practice, and depositions, etc.  You will get great hands-on experience and enjoy the process of doing so.  We are not a volume practice, so you will be deeply involved in every aspect of a small number of large, high profile, cases, most of which are pending in federal courts in Georgia and around the country.

We have a very flexible, relaxed, and fun work environment and are located off 400 near the Perimeter. Compensation is commensurate with experience.  Base salary, bonus, profit sharing, 401(k) match.
