"Great pay"

Current Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

HR needs to devise a plan to alleviate some of the stress involved, since everyone is hyper focused on moving forward, we could lose some people.

Pros : The pay is on the top tier and the team can be very focused to finish the job quickly
Cons : Overworked employees do exist here, and some are a bit strung out with the workload at certain points in the year.
