About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join our team in anywhere in CA. This role is ideal for attorneys with 1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation defense, looking to advance their careers in a firm that emphasizes mentorship, manageable caseloads, and a dynamic work ;

We take pride in keeping caseloads reasonable, in having a low attorney to assistant ratio, and in utilizing technology to create a flexible and efficient work environment.

Position Details
•    Location: anywhere in CA (remote or hybrid)
•    Pay: $120,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage a reasonable caseload with autonomy and support
•    Take depositions, including cross-examinations and witness interviews
•    Represent clients in hearings and perform law and motion practice
•    Maintain clear and responsive client communications
•    Provide high-quality legal work, including drafting reports for insurance carriers

The Ideal Candidate
•    3-5 years' experience in workers' compensation defense
•    Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
•    Strong advocacy and communication skills, capable of working independently
•    Able to take depositions and handle hearings with minimal supervision
•    Eager to develop their expertise and grow within a dynamic team
