Litigation Paralegal Candidate with paralegal certificate is required. Real Estate and unlawful detainer experience is a plus. Must have: excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be organized, detail oriented and able to handle a busy fast-paced office. Must be proficient in MS Office programs, Word, Outlook and Excel and California Civil calendaring deadlines is required. Must be professional, courteous, dependable and high energy, self-motivated and a team player with great attitude. Ability to assist attorneys with propounding and responding to discovery including interrogatories, requests for admissions, and request for production, subpoenas, and motions. Ability to manage trial preparation including trial exhibits, charts, trial notebook, subpoenas, and page lines. Must be able to independently obtain, review and organize medical records/medical billings, calculate damages including medical expenses, lost wages and property damage.
