Contract Administrator The candidate will be documenting contracts for all approved consultants, contractors, suppliers and vendors for all firm Development project. Management of all Contracts, including coordinating execution thereof, securing W-9s, obtaining current insurance certificates, and other related activities for all Contracts in accordance to Hyatt contract policies and procedures. Coordinate required Owner Controlled Insurance Program (OCIP) enrollment in accordance with firm Risk Management and their applicable risk management consultants. Management of all waiver and lien releases from consultants, contractors. Coordination with Project Managers for initial subcontract and invoice review and approvals. Obtaining Senior Vice President of Developmentâ€™s final approval on all Change Orders and Invoices and assisting the Director of Finance in coordinating applicable payments therein. Responsible for distribution of all contracts and subsequent change orders and invoices to Hyatt via appropriate share site and/or other approved means. Must have 3+ years of contracts management experience in the construction, or related, industry. Should have completion of 4-year higher education degree. Paralegal certification is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is needed. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is must. Experience utilizing large file share sites is essential.
