"An Inspiring Firm to Work For"

Former Employee - Reviewed on September 09, 2017

This firm needs to care more about their clients and less about the overall profit. No one likes a greedy business, and behaving in shady situations will only drive people away in the long run.

Pros : This law firm possesses an upbeat and friendly atmosphere and management shows that they truly care about the corporation. Low effort employees are dealt with so others don't have to pick up their slack. The work load is manageable with some long days here and there, but overall shows that they really care about their employees and want them to succeed.
Cons : Unfortunately with this firm, money is the main target. They want employees to do whatever they can to obtain a client, even if it goes against moral standards. This firm isn't involved in illegal matters, but really emphasizes the importance of money and how employees need to help the business expand.
