The candidate must be a highly motivated senior-level Attorney with 10+ years of substantive experience in tax compliance, planning, and controversy for businesses and high-net-worth clients. Should have a JD; candidates with business, financial, or tax qualifications (., CFP, CPA, MBA, MST) and Law Review or Business Law Journal experience preferred. Should preferably have strong fundamental skills within the trusts and estates practice area, including gift and estate tax planning. Should possess superior communication, drafting, writing, and research skills and excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
