ProfileContracts Manager The candidate will draft, negotiate and facilitate execution of subcontractor contract documents. Participate and lead contract negotiation discussions. Develop and provide contract analysis and risk assessment to management. Collaborate with solutions risk management team on contract escalations. Participate in contract escalations with legal counsel and management team. Participate in meetings with the management team to discuss status of contracts under review or negotiation. Ensure executed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness. Upload executed contract documents to SharePoint and Pro-Core. Responsible for keeping the Project Spreadsheet up to date. Enter subcontracts and change orders in Dynamics. Perform research on license requirements for project locations. Assist with general contractor and engineering license renewals. Responsible for ensuring customer set-up and securing credit approval from finance. Complete Pre-qualification/vendor set-up forms. Work with insurance broker to obtain insurance documents required by contract. Obtain performance and payment bonds as required by contract. Draft, facilitate signature and notary of lien releases. Maintain accurate and organized files. Assist with all miscellaneous contracts management tasks, as needed. Bachelors of Arts/Science Degree or Contract Management/Paralegal certification required. Should have 3-5 years of experience in administering contracts. Must posses strong understanding of contractual liability language. Should have strong understanding of corporate contract guidelines and how to address these guidelines in contract review and negotiation process.
