Transaction/Real Estate Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Reviewing and understanding title notes. Preparing Closing Disclosures and Closing statements. Preparing closing binders. Assisting with all recordings and post-closing matters. General administrative tasks, including typing legal descriptions and forming entities.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: The candidate must have 2+ years’ experience in this or a similar role. Excellent understanding of real estate and legal terminology. Experience in handling highly confidential matters. Ability to adhere to strict time deadlines/excellent time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Exceptional organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and SoftPro. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; researching/problem-solving skills.
