Job Title:
- Associate General Counsel, Special Investigations

Salary Information:
- $226,000/year to $304,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Experience:
- 8+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney, including at a law firm and/or in-house or government experience

Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal investigations on matters relating to anti-corruption, cyber-security, anti-money laundering, securities, competition law, international trade and fraud
- Retain and manage outside counsel for investigation matters
- Ensure investigations lead to remediations that strengthen **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s compliance controls and infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex legal challenges

Minimum Qualifications:

- Active membership in at least one US state bar and eligibility to obtain registered in-house counsel status
- Business judgment and client counseling skills
- Effective communication skills

- Experience conducting internal investigations
- Experience managing investigations in the government, at a law firm, or at a company
- Experience building relationships and working in a cross-functional team
- Experience advising on anti-corruption, cybersecurity, anti-money laundering, securities, competition law, international trade, or fraud
