In this role, the successful candidate will provide invaluable strategic counsel on executive compensation and benefits matters, working closely with clients to develop and execute effective legal strategies. Responsibilities include thorough research and analysis of tax, securities, and relevant laws, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and staying current with industry trends and legislative changes.
