As a Senior Associate, candidates will contribute their expertise to address company representation and compensation disclosure issues while handling a wide spectrum of transactional executive compensation and benefits matters, including tax, securities, and related legal aspects. In this role, the successful candidate will provide invaluable strategic counsel on executive compensation and benefits matters, working closely with clients to develop and execute effective legal strategies. Responsibilities include thorough research and analysis of tax, securities, and relevant laws, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and staying current with industry trends and legislative changes. Collaboration within a team-oriented environment is a key aspect of this role. Qualified applicants will possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active Bar membership, along with a minimum of 5 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience.
