Legal Service The candidate will be negotiating basic contract terms of various corporate contracts and licensing agreements. Will be revising and drafting agreements. Creating spreadsheets and tracking relevant contract terms and deadlines. Providing administrative support by maintaining Attorney's calendar, scheduling meetings and interfacing with client teams. Maintaining and uploading agreements to document management system. Drafting correspondence, attending client meetings and recording relevant actions steps. Managing rights secured for various IP rights initiatives. Should have Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years experience working as a corporate paralegal in a company or law firm. Certified Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Must have strong written and oral communication skills is needed. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Note: This is a temporary assignment which will last from April 2018 until the middle of July 2018.
