• Conduct both legal and medical research to support litigation strategies.
• Draft motions and other litigation-related documents.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and manage case progress.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice or healthcare litigation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Ability to build client confidence and maintain professional client relationships.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in verbal communication for effective courtroom representation and client interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and address issues.
