Contract Process Coordinator The candidate supports Sourcing and Utilization Managers in the Integrated Sourcing Solutions division of ROi. Will be responsible for communication, maintenance and administration of all contract systems. Facilitates communication of contract data to internal and external customers, including: Pricing Administrator, ROi vendors and distributors. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with maximizing service and quality, minimizing costs and integrating individual department goals with ROi objectives. Brings creative ideas to the workplace; demonstrates good judgment about which creative ideas will work. Create and manage the RFx process for Sourcing Managers. This includes creating the RFx, training vendors on using the Contract Management Tool (Bravo) , monitoring and maintaining the responses received from the RFx, Create and coordinate ISS Projects utilizing the project management tool (Daptiv). Create ISS Contracts in the Contract Management Tool (Bravo). This includes responsibility of inputting and maintaining Bravo attributes. Manage and coordinate the flow, process, documentation, communication and execution of contracting events. Also attend vendor meetings. Manage and coordinate the flow of Letter of Commitments (LOC's) and Group Designation Forms. Understand and gain knowledge of customer needs and business opportunities by attending Service Line/Customer meetings and vendor business review meetings. Must have Bachelor's degree (BS, BA), or lieu of degree, substantial equivalent experience in business, supply chain management, contracting, vendor relations, or related field. Should have 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a team setting or matrix business environment with a GPO or other healthcare-related field in the area of contract analysis or administration. Paralegal experience is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is required. General knowledge of material management, contract management and reporting systems is needed. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Access, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook) is must. 2+ years previous GPO experience and strong knowledge and experience with healthcare-related products is preferred.
