Administrative Assistant - Business and Legal Affairs The candidate will do general clerical work for busy Business and Legal Affairs Department. Will work on answering phones, scheduling meetings, follow up. Use of internal computer system, data entry. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mass mailings, contract distribution, etc. Should be proficient with Word (including knowledge of tables and charts), Microsoft Outlook, working knowledge of Excel and possess strong communication skills. Paralegal certification and prior legal or business affairs experience and/or working with contracts is preferred.
