Duties:

• Assist in the case development process under the guidance of a supervising attorney.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions, both taking and defending witnesses.
• Attend court proceedings and participate in law and motion work.
• Coordinate multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and effective team environment.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate attention to detail.

Education:

• JD from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California.

Skills:
