Dayton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks family law attorney with 2+ years of experience in domestic relations. The candidate will execute case strategy with support of other lawyers and support staff. Will make court appearances on a regular basis. Keep clients informed by maintaining personal contact communicating case progress. Prioritize tasks, manage workflow and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analyze tasks, recommend and implement improvements, and anticipate future need. Should have current license to practice law in Ohio. Experience and/or strong desire to handle family law; divorce, dissolutions, paternity, custody disputes, child support enforcement, adoptions, marital agreements, post decree modification, and orders of protection essential. Experience managing case load with staff management support needed. Should have experience drafting motions, arguing law and motion matters, taking and defending depositions, reviewing standard court documents, writing, reviewing and monitoring discovery; generating status reports.
