Executive Assistant - Legal The candidate works independently in a litigation setting with responsibility for: preparing correspondence, pleadings, discovery, motions and other legal documents for review by attorney; drafts correspondence, pleadings and various legal documents; schedules court appearances, depositions, interviews and other meetings for attorneys with individuals or groups involved in litigation. Works independently in performing duties for the Professional and General Liability Self-Insurance Trust the (“Trust”), which provides general and professional liability coverage, including entry and development of loss data, preparing and filing reports with state and federal regulators, and develop information for the Trust actuaries. Provides department support as needed.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Associates degree or equivalent in education and experience. Must have 5 years of advanced administrative experience. Preferred: Bachelors Degree; Experience in a Legal Secretary position.
