HS Diploma required, College degree is preferred. Should preferably have 1+ year of experience working with legal documents and processes. Should preferably have 2+ years of experience in or general knowledge of the mortgage, real estate, title industries preferred. Knowledge base of Real Estate Law. Spanish language proficiency is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication skills, solid organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills to prioritize and follow-up/follow-through with projects/deadlines is needed. Ability to learn quickly using analytical skills and logical thought process is needed. Excellent internet research skills and ability to demonstrate solid skills with MS applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook is needed.
