The candidate must have 2+ years of steady experience handling US/International patent prosecution matters. Should preferably have experience with validity analysis, freedom-to-operate, and drafting complete patent applications. Experience with licensing agreements and corporate deal support is a plus. Biology or Chemistry degrees are required. Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or biotech industries is needed.
