Bilingual Legal Assistant Responsibilities: For plaintiff law firm with busy personal injury and workers comp practice, answer phone, scan documents, provide administrative support to partner, associates, handle various assignments and office projects as required, keep client files (both electronic and paper) organized and up to date, open/sort/scan/log and distribute daily mail, schedule appointments.
Qualification and Experience
Qualification: Paralegal certificate or college degree a plus. 2-4 yearsâ€™ experience working in personal injury/workers comp law firm or insurance company. Must be able to work well with deadlines and multi-tasking. Must be able to work independently and have good time management skills. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish, must have exceptional customer service skills, be proficient using MS word, must have strong interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with a diverse group of clients, court staff and insurance claims department staff.
