Duties:

  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from initial consultation through resolution, including litigation and settlement negotiations.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to gather facts, assess cases, and provide legal advice and support.
  • Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Document Drafting: Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Court Representation: Represent clients in arbitrations, motion hearings, depositions, and mediation as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and share insights.
  • Continuing Education: Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and best practices through ongoing professional development.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in Washington.
  • 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
