Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Must have 2+ years of legal administration, legal secretary and/or corporate paralegal experience OR 3+ years of other relevant experience. Exceptional skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook required. Prior experience in managing document production or other complex litigation support tasks is a plus. Prior experience with Ariba or similar contract management system is an asset. Experience with Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker (formerly Serengeti) or other eBilling/matter management software tools is ideal. Familiarity with time and cost billing processes is desired. Experience with SharePoint or other hub-type platform, and ability to administer updates to provide Global Team with an internal communication platform specific to Legal & Regulatory team members is preferred.
