Corporate Governance Litigation Associate (NY or DE) The candidate should have JD is required (2016, 2017, or 2018) graduate (with the possibility to deviate slightly for an exceptional candidate); admitted to the New York or Delaware Bar; service as Delaware chancery court judicial clerk or Delaware chancery court litigation experience is strongly preferred. Merger, Fiduciary duty litigation (class or derivative suits), and/or Appraisal litigation experience are strongly preferred. Strong Financial literacy is required. Must be prepared for a steep learning curve and hands-on training. Entrepreneurial mindset, a proactive approach, and the readiness to take the opportunity and run with it are necessary. Desire to represent investors rather than corporations. Should have the ability and desire to take a meaningful role in multiple complex cases, often opposite significantly more senior lawyers. Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills are essential.
