Builder Services Closing Coordinator/Paralegal Under limited supervision, coordinates with clients, borrowers and closing agents to prepare files for the purpose of ensuring a timely and legally binding real estate closing transaction. Keeps title, agents, buyers and sellers apprised on all issues that could cause potential delays with closing transactions. Facilitates all aspects of builder process including title production, title curative, HUD production, scheduling and disbursement. Builds effective and long-lasting relationships with builders, agents, buyers, and lenders. Initiates contact with agents and lenders. Requests relevant closing documentation. Prepares settlement statements, title documents, and attorney disclosures. Conducts initial review of loan package and documents for accuracy. Serve as a mentor and technical advisor for team members. Willingly performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Should have 5+ years’ experience in customer service and real estate transactions or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Experience with Builder Transactions is preferred. Reports to the Builder Services Manager.
