ProfileExecutive Administrative Legal Assistant The candidate will be contract position with the option to become permanent to support four attorneys in the legal department with the duties of completing mark-ups on large documents and contracts, tracking and reviewing versions of agreements and will support the consolidation of materials for Board meetings. Other key duties include maintaining appointment calendars, scheduling and organizing complex activities such as meetings, travel and conferences, preparing reports and presentations using excel and PowerPoint. Must have 8+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. This is a “go to person” who can prioritize tasks and handle confidential information discreetly.
