The candidate will primarily involve the representation of private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in negotiating, structuring, and documenting a variety of transactions, including control acquisitions, minority investments and dispositions of previously acquired companies or investments, experience representing both private equity and public company clients is a plus. Public M&A experience is desirable.
