Legal Assistant The candidate will assist attorney staff with the day-to-day operations of a small law firm. Will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Work with the firm's time and billing system to enter attorney time, process and mail draft bills and arrange payment for balances due from clients. Should have prior law firm experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with Clio legal software is preferred. Should have 1+ years of experience.
