Senior Personal Representation Paralegal The candidate will assist in multiple and various aspects of estate and trust administration for high worth individuals. Provide research on legal and tax issues as needed. Collect and manage information regarding heirs, debts and assets. Prepare and file Federal and State estate tax returns (Form 706). Assist clients at probate hearings. File probate documents, receipts, petitions, etc. Create, maintain and provide reporting on accounts for estates and trusts. Communicate directly with clients, financial planners and accountants. Must have Bachelorâ€™s Degree. Should have 5+ years of prior work experience in estate and trust administration within a law firm or the trusts and estates department of a professional services firm. Superior knowledge of electronic research technology is needed. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point) is required.
