ProfileIT Senior Contract Manager The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating and closing complex Information Technology agreements. Will focus on software licensing and support as well as data and cloud services agreements. Partner with clients across firm’s diverse global business operations to source technology products and services and negotiate agreements between firm and its suppliers. Responsible for drafting and negotiating the following types of agreements using either Liberty templates or Supplier agreements: Software License and Support Agreements; Data and Cloud Services Agreements (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS); Master Services Agreements; Statements of Work; Service Level Agreements; Data Processing Addenda. Develops and manages relationship with assigned key suppliers to sustain thorough knowledge of current activity and prospective business opportunities. Establish annual objectives for contract supplier performance product pricing, quality, technological support where necessary, best practices and Minority supplier commitment. Facilitates supplier meetings and reviews. Ensures contract terms and service levels are being adhered to. Conducts supplier audits. Works with Information Technology International Operations on all Procurement, Sourcing, Contracting, Entitlements and Licensing interpretation requirements for software, hardware, telecom, network, and technology consulting and services acquisitions and contract reviews. Manage Contract Workspaces for all assigned Contracts to ensure all contracts are executed per policies, uploaded to system, linked to applicable purchase orders, updated with all required data including expiration/renewal date, product information and related licensing terms. Ensure that IT Finance is informed of all modifications to payment frequency, values and/or terms. The candidate should preferably have Master's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience, MBA or JD preferred; Certified Purchasing Manager. Must have 7-10 years of complex product or service aquisition and contract negotiation experience. Experience with e-Procurement systems including procurement, sourcing and contract modules is preferred. Highly developed negotiation, facilitation, problem solving, decision-making and consensus building skills is must. Thorough skills in contract preparation, negotiation and interpretation of technology agreements including software, hardware, telecom, network, SaaS and ASPs is required. Extensive financial analysis and planning skills; business value analysis skills is a plus. Extensive knowledge of business operations, objectives, and strategies is essential. Understands business trends in the IT industry is needed. Thorough math skills and accounting practice skills. Proficient in the use of computer systems, personal computers and software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and business process modeling is essential.
