Patent Practice Group Assistant
The canidadte will be accountable for related to patent prosecution. Should have 3 years of related experience. Must have a working knowledge of the patent prosecution process, have the ability to generate formal USPTO documents, prepare shell responses, and have experience e-filing applications and generating reporting letters. Should also be familiar with generating reports from CPI and utilizing the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s Patent Application Information Retrieval system. Strong organizational skills are required to manage all aspects of the practice, including keeping the attorneys and patent agents on track through overseeing the docket and taking a proactive approach. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with strong computer skills and superior attention to detail.
