Patent Prosecution Associate The candidate work in the Electrical and Mechanical Arts with 2-4 years of experience. Will have a strong technical background in electrical engineering or computer science, as well as experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Must be a self-starter with strong project management and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Must have at least an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related engineering discipline with appreciable coursework and exposure in these subject areas. Registration with the USPTO and an Illinois bar license is required.
