Bilingual Paralegal (Entry to Mid-Level) The candidate responsibilities include: Opening new cases digitally and physically; Handling attorney schedule and calendar; Ordering medical records; Assisting clients with medical scheduling; Interact with Client to convey information about the Client's case; Organizing and maintaining legal files; Maintain computer case records; Assist with office administration; E-filing and hard filing of documents. Assist with incoming and outgoing mail distribution; Faxing; Scanning; Maintain complex filing system; E-filing and hard filing of documents; Assist with front desk duties whenever the receptionist is out and assist in answering the phones throughout the day; Help restock break room areas and maintain office appearance; Set up conference rooms. A College degree or paralegal certificate required. Bilingual in Spanish and English required; Previous work in a law firm a plus.
