Litigation Support Analyst Duties: Work in conjunction with the Digital Forensics & eDiscovery Manager to support attorneys with regard to litigation support databases and tools, and promoting and ensuring the effective use of current litigation technology within the firm. Support department mission of innovative, efficient delivery of litigation technology support services to firmâ€™s litigation practice group. Leverage paralegal training, knowledge and experience to perform complex data searching, culling and analysis in support of litigation teams. Achieve mastery of firm litigation support technology tools and assist in their administration. Develop knowledge regarding firm IT technology infrastructure underpinning litigation technology resources. Provide essential training and support on firm litigation support technology tools. Perform analysis, creation and complex manipulation of litigation support load files. Prepare document production deliverables using firm technology tools, complying with production specifications where applicable. Facilitate communication of complex technology topics to litigation team. Provide guidance and assistance in management of document review projects. Participate in the expansion of procedural documentation and metrics tracking. Assist in forensically defensible handling of sensitive and confidential client data. Help maintain secure inventory and logging of electronic media evidence. Prepare outgoing media for production deliverables as needed. Perform essential litigation paralegal tasks in support of litigation practice group.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s Degree required. Paralegal certificate and/or 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required. Federal court experience preferred. Extremely high aptitude for synthesizing complex software and advanced technology concepts, workflows, and procedures. Experience with industry standard litigation review platforms as either an end user or administrator is required, with training or support experience of any kind preferred. Experience with courtroom trial presentation technology tools a plus. Strong attention to detail in adhering to firm litigation support procedures and processes. Ability to work both individually and collaboratively to complete projects and meet tight deadlines, as well as communicate complex technology concepts to less-technical users. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with electronic evidence rules and laws preferred.
