"Serious Standards"

Current Employee - Reviewed on September 02, 2017

Something as simple as giving the associates more vacation opportunities after busy times of the year is something that can be helpful in terms of dealing with the stress.

Pros : This is a big firm that deals with a lot of cases. And that's one of the reasons I love working here. The people here are very helpful and knowledgeable. People who like to learn will get a lot of that there. There are a lot of good opportunities for promotions here as well.
Cons : I think the work load can get rather stressful here. But because of the importance and areas of law that we deal with in regards to the cases, it is understandable. I just wish it wasn't too overwhelming.
