Traditional Labor Associate Attorney Candidate will primarily focus on traditional labor matters, including but not limited to, union organizing campaigns, training and counseling clients concerning traditional labor issues, assisting with grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, National Labor Relations Board trials, and policy drafting. Will involve extensive client contact.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: JD Degree. Must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have Pennsylvania license. 3+ years of traditional labor experience. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required. Strong writing and public speaking skills.
