Corporate Paralegal The candidate will oversee and manage all 300+ US entities, by working with our service/registered agency to ensure compliance and good standing in all active jurisdictions. Work with our service agency to form LLCs, file required business qualifications/registrations and licenses in local jurisdictions. Liaise with Tax Department to make certain required business tax licenses/permits are filed and obtained. Responsible for ensuring Community Managers receive and post required business/sales/tax licenses according to standards. Maintain and operate in-house Legal Zendesk, which is used to communicate business license/certificate compliance standards to community teams. Liaise with London Paralegal to maintain the organization of corporate formation/structure documents. Provide support to in-house Corporate team with credit agreement filings and other related quarterly compliance filings. Maintain and organize core corporate team’s database on Intralinks. Assist with organizing acquisition closing documents and issuance of stockholder certificates. Work with other departments to ensure consistent standards and best practices on compliance projects are met. Provide ad hoc project support to the corporate legal team as needed. College degree (BA/BS) is essential. Should have 2-3 years of experience providing administrative support in a fast paced environment.
