Duties:

  • Manage and handle employment litigation matters and administrative charges.
  • Take and defend depositions in employment-related litigation cases.
  • Oversee the written discovery phase of litigation and prepare dispositive motions.
  • Provide day-to-day counseling on employment and human resources issues.
  • Draft and analyze employment-related documents, including employee handbooks, severance agreements, and employment contracts.
  • Advise clients on sensitive personnel matters and assist in policy reviews and implementation.
  • Collaborate with a team to develop legal strategies for litigation matters.
  • Support other legal matters as required by the firm.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling.
  • Experience with managing employment-related litigation and providing legal advice on HR matters.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex and detailed assignments.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide practical legal solutions.

Education:

Certifications:
