Duties:
- Manage and handle employment litigation matters and administrative charges.
- Take and defend depositions in employment-related litigation cases.
- Oversee the written discovery phase of litigation and prepare dispositive motions.
- Provide day-to-day counseling on employment and human resources issues.
- Draft and analyze employment-related documents, including employee handbooks, severance agreements, and employment contracts.
- Advise clients on sensitive personnel matters and assist in policy reviews and implementation.
- Collaborate with a team to develop legal strategies for litigation matters.
- Support other legal matters as required by the firm.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling.
- Experience with managing employment-related litigation and providing legal advice on HR matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex and detailed assignments.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide practical legal solutions.
Education:

Certifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Hawai’i and good standing.
