Legal Assistant The candidate will be greeting guests, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, maintaining office, photocopying, scanning, preparing shipments and ordering office supplies. Will be opening/closing file and management. Projects as assigned by attorneys, such as completing forms, typing and preparing letters and photocopying. Some interaction with clients, opposing counsel and vendors requiring professional demeanor. Answering telephones and scheduling appointments. Maintain confidential information in a professional and trustworthy manner. Invoicing and collecting payments using Excellent organization skill is essential. Completed a college degree is preferred. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) Must have intermediate to advanced technical skill in Microsoft Office.
