I think that a management overhaul is needed. The firm has gone too far with the current management. They should be sent to either a training course or fired. The pay and benefits don't make up for the abuse the staff gets regularly.Pros : One of the best things about this firm is that the quality of work that is done is second to none. The staff ensures that the work is thorough and there isn't anything over looked. The firm really takes care of the employees with great benefits and a great salary, which helps us wanting to ensure that the quality is there. It's a great place in that regard.
