ProfileTrust and Estates Paralegal The candidate must have extensive probate, estate and trust administration experience to work in expanding Trusts and Estates Department. Should have significant knowledge of probating estates and administering trusts, including preparing estate tax returns and probate accounting. A working knowledge of guardianships and conservator ships is a plus. Should preferably have a Bachelorâ€™s Degree, a 7+ years of experience and able to handle all aspects of estate and trust administration. Proficiency with GEMS, Windows- based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
