Senior Privacy Office Operations Analyst The candidate will support all businesses and functions with respect to Privacy compliance and risk management. Will manage various aspects of compliance monitoring within the Privacy Office, manage projects, assist with various meetings (tracking take-aways, taking meeting minutes), assist in the managing the Chief Privacy Officer's calendar and support Privacy Attorneys in various administrative activities. Will also assist in implementing the Privacy program throughout company. Support the Privacy Office team by developing sustainable methods for tracking privacy compliance, creating calendar ticklers for routine follow up, following up with various stakeholders to provide evidence of privacy compliance, escalating issues with responses and non-compliance. Create and implement sustainable methods for developing guidance, preparing reports, triaging issues, collecting and analyzing metrics from various businesses and functions as identified by the privacy office to demonstrate privacy compliance and risk. Manage all administrative aspects of the Privacy Office, including tracking renewal and memberships of industry groups, licenses and similar issues. Manage the initial review and analysis of data access requests, including sending template responses, timely and accurately identifying true requests versus spam, following up with various internal data owners on receiving responses to access requests, deletion or opt-out, review proposed responses prior to submission, compiling metrics, and escalating issues. Manage DPO and Data Processing Registrations to ensure that company is compliant with Data Processing Registration requirements. Schedule and manage Privacy Business Leads and Privacy Champion meetings, creating agendas, taking meeting minutes and tracking follow up. Triage all inputs to the Privacy Mailboxes. Work with the various businesses and functions to provide effective challenge to compliance, identify risks, and track business remediation of gaps to completion. Support all privacy staff in other compliance activities. Work as part of the Global Privacy Office with colleagues within the Legal function and across the businesses, including engaging with external counsel, consultants, industry bodies and other experts as needed and approved. Establish a network of contacts that will enable them to be effective in their role. Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification is preferred. Project Management Certification is desired. Compliance experience is an asset. Privacy and data protection related qualifications a plus. Excellent analytical skills are required.
