Review:

"Great Mentoring Program"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

Reworking the benefits package would be of great ""benefit"" to the associates. Why the leadership team has felt it necessary to withhold 401k match is baffling to me.

Pros : This is a good place to start or grow a career. The firm has a mentoring program to help develop associates and a training program that in my opinion is second to none. The work/life balance here is also very good.
Cons : The benefits really need work. Most of the usual benefits are present, such as health insurance, but the firm doesn't match 401k contributions for some reason. There is no disability insurance and life insurance is also absent.
Current or former employee? : Current Employee
