Reworking the benefits package would be of great ""benefit"" to the associates. Why the leadership team has felt it necessary to withhold 401k match is baffling to me.Pros : This is a good place to start or grow a career. The firm has a mentoring program to help develop associates and a training program that in my opinion is second to none. The work/life balance here is also very good.
