Estate Planning And Probate And Estate Administration Paralegal The candidate will be responding to client inquiries via phone and e-mail. Managing the entire client process including follow-up with new and existing clients. Communicating, via phone and e-mail, with clients and their trusted advisors by using excellent grammar. Handling case management from inception of file to close of matter. Assisting with document generation and review. Assisting with general trust administration. Responsibly using spreadsheets (Excel) and flowcharts (Keynote), client customer relations systems (Daylite), and e-mail software. Coordinating referrals to other attorneys and professionals. Managing the process for documenting follow-ups and closing files. Working within deadlines and completing tasks before being told to do so. Preference will be given to a candidate with prior work experience at a legal/financial institution and/or bank. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent listening skills and ability to explain complex concepts to clients, extreme attention to detail, ability to multitask and work on short term and long term projects simultaneously, work on multiple projects in a friendly, fast paced environment. 5 -7 years of experience in an office setting required.
